    Quick and easy to understand staffing at start of shift to make adjustments as needed. I know from emails before I get to work who has already called off. I can go to reports to make manager notes and time sheet code changes at a later date.No improvements as of now- I am glad you changed it from having to run a report to see who called out. That saves so much time! Thanks.

    I like the ability to create different groups abd share files easily. Integration for our organization was pretty seamless.No major cons for the way I use the product.

    Without question, their team (especially Alison T.) is amazing. The ease of use is undeniable. When 1100 employees almost all getting it right? That's saying something. We shopped around a lot, and TeamSense had everything we were looking for. I especially am impressed by how responsive their troubleshooting team is. 24/7, if we send a query to "Support@TeamSense.com", they respond almost instantly and have been able to fix the issue almost immediately! 10 STARS!.Nothing to dislike. It's an awesome program. Some small glitches at the beginning, but as soon as we brought them up, the TeamSense team was able to address and fix everything.
