Trusaic has launched the next generation of PayParity, a SaaS product that helps organizations who wish to achieve pay equity and meet regulatory compliance. This is the new way to Achieve Pay Equity. PayParity provides users the flexibility to run an analysis through multiple lenses (compliance vs testing their current compensation philosophy) and compare such analyses. The solution goes beyond simply analyzing pay policies. PayParity allows employers to determine root causes and remediate given their available budget. The Equal Pay Estimator goes even further and provides equal pay ranges for each position preventing pay inequities before they are created. It is always ON so that you can set goals, measure progress, identify problem areas and keep stakeholders accountable. We have developed this product over the past 3 years and partnered with many of the largest human resources providers, including ADP, UKG, SAP to support their customers in this specialized area. We also work with and assist law firms, HR consulting and technology consulting partners to help their customers implement solutions for pay equity and reporting.
