Typeform is an excellent online form builder that is an outstanding tool for simple surveys or customer feedback. Typeform has a beautiful display and looks especially good on mobile devices. Typeform's most significant limitation is the free option, which only allows ten questions. While it looks beautiful, you are pushed into a premium option very quickly because of the limited ability to make more in-depth forms. Even the entry-level premium option is limited to only 100 responses per month. Typeform is excellent for simple feedback forms or lead capture. We have used it primarily for screening leads, and the interface looks great on a mobile device (which most of our leads utilize).

Typeform has beautiful looking surveys, easy to setup, and fantastic analysis tools. However, it doesn't save partial responses, and some users reported not being able to submit at the end.
