Most of the data points you need to verify a customer or order can be found in the simple-to-use minFraud dashboard. This tool significantly reduces the time required to manually verify the IP address, especially if they're using a VPN or anonymizer service.
Simple and easy to use. It integrates with our website so all we have to do is click a button to send a transaction for review. The return on the data is great, it gives us multiple points that we can review and weight to determine if a transaction is good or too much risk.
It's helped prevent thousands of fraudulent transactions through my business and their support has always been helpful. It's solutions are a cheap and effective way to prevent fraud online!

Lacking in billing and shipping address verification. We have to use another tool to help confirm the resident at an address is whom they claim. It would be nice to have better mouseover explanations of all data points -- some are not intuitive. Also, email address validation (very limited) would be ideal.
We are pretty happy with the data we get now, if anything I would like to see more data. A way to see past reports from other users would be amazing, to see why others liked or did not like submitted data with a simple explanation would be huge.
They sometimes struggle to not charge for attacks such as botnets etc that flood sites with traffic that can wrack up huge charges in a very short span of time that can cause problems.
I would prefer a onpromise option, but MaxMind only seems to offer this for larger companies.
