Payment Hub provides the foundation for all the automation, security, approval workflows and payment types you may want to implement. The Payment Hub is so thoroughly integrated within Dynamics GP that users may not even be aware they’re using a third-party product while completing their tasks. Purchasing a Payment Hub license will allow you to do the following: • Automate check and EFT batch preparation/processing, across one or more GP databases. • Send payments through approval workflows defined by dollar amount; AP staff can request approvals on payment batches, and the appropriate approvers are notified via email or text. • Customize your check stubs and EFT remittances. • Print MICR checks on blank check stock. • Add electronic signatures to your AP check payments. • Keep an audit log and image archive of all posted payments.
