The Inspection module in ComplianceQuest is intuitive and easy to use. The interface is customizable so you can easily set up the look and feel for your users. We were able to set up the Inspection tabs that followed or workflow, and this made it very user friendly. We had a need to develop some custom code for our process and we worked very closely with ComplianceQuest. They listened to our needs and were helpful when asked for recommendations. They were always accessible to answer any questions we had, regardless of the issue, big or small.Like any software the initial setup is a chore. You have to follow the steps carefully and make sure you have all the correct permission sets, but ComplianceQuest was there every step of the way to assist.

As a business, we liked ComplianceQuest's product design, quality, security, compliance, content and collaboration we especially liked how the system covered many areas of quality and regulation and improved over time.Although we consider ComplianceQuest to be an effective and valuable system with low timely support during deployment and a slight delay for which we often needed workarounds or help.

Allows our company to harmonize on a global platform. Allows our leaders to review data from all business units. Allows our company to utilize the salesforce platform for multiple applications.The software is manufacturing driven and requires significant configuration and money to configure to meet the requirements of a medtech company. At deployment, timely support was subpar. The solution architect's turnover during the project's duration meant repeat/rework and timeline delays. The project manager tended to put timelines that favored their timeline but were not conducive for company team members trying to complete tasks. Some members of the team were not professional and defensive during conversations. Would make changes or take interpretations of requirements without asking and not meet company requirements. Could not produce concise and meaningful email notifications.
