Coprocess Netting is a full function intercompany netting system. It has a flexible calender based scheduling screen. It allows the upload of both AP and AR (optionally using API). It allows automatic matching of invoices and an invoice level discussion and dispute tool. Coprocess Netting is an on-line browser based solution that contains a report writer and many standard reports. Coprocess has many settlement options and allows 3rd party payments, reconciliation and bilateral settlement transactions. It interfaces to ERP's and Treasury Management Systems to allow cash settlement or adjustment to intercompany loans and IHB's. The system includes automatic distribution of netting statements and file attachments in various formats to export paid items. Security is managed under dual control and uses a roles based administration function.
