Ease of use, intuitive. Very much geared towards sheet metal manufacturing. easy look up capabilities.We are on a down rev. version...therefore have not yet realized the benefits of the new versions. Custom reports can be challenging.

We like their ability to respond to issues and customizations.Lack of sound documentation when setting up for the first time.

We have been able to create custom Microsoft PowerApps for interfacing special processes along with building some complexDevExpress Reports and Dashboards. DevExpress Reporting and Dashboards comes free with MieTrak.Need ability to create custom drop down fields and buttons.
