It can be both a standalone module as well as connect & synchronise data from the Customer Management System (CMS) and Stock & Inventory modules. The MES module is designed to produce work orders and has the unique ability to engage production teams. You will have the capability to unlock traceability of where items are in the production environment, what stages the product has to go through and track both employees & the product in regard to timings. Through understanding and using the data collated, you enable dramatic efficiency increases for your work force, improving processes and people. A well as traceability, the MES module can compare various reports and datasets including employee productivity, job expected vs job finished times and average times for products.
