The previous system was powerful and easy to use with mass communication and third-party merchant services integration.Setting ticket sales dates are inaccurate, ticket sales quantities are not registering, glitches in sold out capacities, poor customer service response times, reformatted system design does not sort events, HTML based mass email form glitches, ticket purchasers intermittently do not receive their PDF tickets, and sometimes ticket purchasers get charged twice for one ticket.
