5,000 subscribers (better than most of its competitors). The reporting and sending process is straightforward. The site is basically good to use. The list cleaning system is particularly useful.Deleting the entire list of subscribers when desired is cumbersome. The WYSIWYG editor is not as good or sophisticated as some. It's also hard to check and see if the autoresponder works.

Reachmail makes it really simple for me to create and send emails. They continue to enhance and make changes to keep up with current tech needs.If I forget to save my email and go out I have to start over again.
