    Sched is accessible and can be organized in many different views, embeddable on other sites, links to individual events are shareable, and it's color-coded. It creates a central place where the entire event can be housed, with all its moving pieces and participants, and it's equally friendly to internal and external audiences.It might be fun to be able to upload artwork for individual sessions. People have asked for a maps function to see all venues on a map or diagram with addresses attached.

    Sched is easy to use and you can create the agenda for an event straight away. You can also use the Native Apps for iPhone and Android (paying an additional cost).You can customize the colors but the overall structure is not editable. Breakout sessions are presented all together at the same timing, and you cannot decide the order. You can manage only the agenda using sched (Sessions, speakers, exhibitors). If you need a tool to let your attendees interact during the event, you will need a more complete tool.
