Ubelong Virtual Venues is a platform designed to maximize the user’s satisfaction in an event or meeting. It is a site with Registry and Log in access options. After entering the platform, users find themselves in a room containing all the information related with the event, an Interaction tool bar, and a menu where they can access both the agenda and the different active rooms at any given moment. The virtual rooms allow users to carry out workshops and meetings, to watch the live streaming of a conference, or to attach all types of videos. In order to enhance the user’s experience, each room incorporates two interaction and feedback tools –live comments and live voting.
